Got home from the airport. Had lost my front door keys. Contact Apri. He came out straight away, within a half an hour of calling him from Staines. He did the job, literally within 5 seconds, I was gobsmacked. If I ever lost my keys again, I would call him again. I will be recommending him! He was courteous and professional, very kind. Absolutely amazing.

When my lock jammed and I got stuck outside, Arpi came to the rescue! He was happy to explain the problem and advise on different types of locks to replace the broken one, and was a really pleasant guy to deal with. The prices were fair, and I’d definitely recommend 🙂

My daughter left her keys in her office in London and consequently had go spend the night with her father – me. I contacted Locksmith by phone at 8.30 am the next morning and at 9.30 ARPI turned up bang on time. Without fuss he managed to open the door and replace the lock in under 30 mins. His charges were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this firm.
